And since we have [such] a great and wonderful and noble Priest [Who rules] over the house of God, let us all come forward and draw near with true (honest and sincere) hearts in unqualified assurance and absolute conviction engendered by faith (by that leaning of the entire human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness), having our hearts sprinkled and purified from a guilty (evil) conscience and our bodies cleansed with pure water.

hEBREWS 10:21-22

Jesus has wiped the slate clean, given you a fresh start. Not only has his mercy dealt with your past, it has also dealt with your future, before you have lived one day of it!

This assurance gives you the wonderful opportunity to come to God with a pure and clean conscience. Be open and honest in His presence and serve Him wholeheartedly and even with your body.

Don’t hide away from God like Adam and Eve did when they sinned. Come to God and get your life back into a good place. He wants to finish the good work that He started in you.

A guilty conscience will lead you to run away from His Presence and anyone who may be a light in your darkness. Your new life is waiting for you to grab hold of it and walk in freedom from condemnation, guilt and confusion.

You are not going to go forward if you keep thinking about and regretting your past.
