The Heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows and proclaims His handiwork.
PSALM 19:1
God’s glory is all around us. All that God is and all that He does, is revealed through the beauty of His Creation. His signature is on everything that He has made; it is the physical appearance of His Divine Presence. Manifestations of His glory causes man to reverently worship and respond to Him.
The Father is personally training, disciplining, moulding and turning you into His own handiwork. He waits for His glory to be seen in you and all the while wanting the best from you. He knows exactly what you are made of, more than what you realize. He placed it there and so He knows what it will take to get it out of you, too.
Where you are weak, God will be your strength. He takes the areas that are lacking, and uses them to change you – teaching you how to draw on His ability, making a difference in your life. He wants you totally dependent on Him and His strength, not relying on your own abilities.
You are His very own handiwork, His moulding and His making. As a proud artist puts his artwork on show at a gallery that it may be viewed and appreciated by all, so the Lord boasts of you. He wants others to see His work and glorify His name.
The glory of the Lord will cause you to worship the Creator.
