[Live] as free people, [yet] without employing your freedom as a pretext for wickedness; but [live at all times] as servants of God.

1 PETER 2:16

God has made you free. Only His opinion matters not your own opinion or the opinions of others. He also does not want you enslaved to yourself, being self-conscious and not having the courage to allow your personality and character to shine through. Or possibly, that you have to be the life of every party trying to be someone you are not. Become God-conscious, place your focus on Him, practice living what His Word says about you.

We limit our lives with boundaries that we set up and they interfere with the plans that God has for us. He sees you accomplishing great things in His Kingdom; so don’t imprison yourself with the past, and particularly with your low self-esteem and lack of confidence. Let God live in you and through you. Boldly step out in the ability that He has given you.

Make the tools you have available to God and become effective in the Body of Christ. Be free and purpose in your heart that nothing is going to stop you. Put your hand to the plough and don’t turn back.

Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed. In Christ Jesus there is no bondage, but glorious liberty.
